I coach mid-career professionals* who know that they want something different out of their work life and aren’t sure where to start. I’ve helped people switch industries, overcome imposter syndrome, move forward after being laid off, return from parental leave, and present themselves (both internally and on the job hunt) with confidence.

*This is really my way of saying that I’m not an executive coach. I can recommend some great ones if you’re in need of some names!

Why I love coaching
Coaching helps people find fulfillment at work. It helps people identify what they want more of (and less of) in their lives. It helps them speak about their skills and capabilities with confidence. It helps them navigate difficult situations and conversations, learn how to manage up and down (and all around), and feel a little more certain that they’re on the right path. These are things we all deserve, and things I’m honored to provide my clients.

Where I focus
I’ve found that my clients are often searching for someone to support them as they:

  • Learn to articulate their skills and experiences while interviewing.

  • Break free of imposter syndrome.

  • Recognize and recover from burnout.

  • Pursue job changes and career pivots.

  • Thrive as high-performing professionals without sacrificing their health and happiness.

  • Find find what truly fulfills them.

How I coach
I emphasize reframing, brainstorming, and action planning, and am particularly interested in helping people question the things that they’ve believed to be true—about themselves and their circumstances I’m a goal-oriented person, and I’m focused on helping my clients take measurable steps towards the things that they want for themselves.

Why I coach
I first became interested in coaching while working at Bravely, a platform that provides employees with confidential guidance in the moments they most need it. Soon after that, I joined Chief, the network for women in leadership, and had the opportunity to benefit from coaching in both group and personal settings.

During the pandemic, I took on a leadership position with a newborn, and experienced intense imposter syndrome and burnout — physical, mental, emotional. I knew that I needed to break free of the perfectionist trap and find a new professional path that led me towards fulfillment. I found CTI, and my journey began.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others achieve the same sort of fulfillment. The ability to receive objective, unbiased guidance that pushes you towards clarity, less stress, and more happiness is a gift that I love to give.
